**Job Description: Account Executive (Purchase Invoicing & Dispatch)**

**Position Title**: Account Executive (Purchase Invoicing & Dispatch)
**Department**: Accounts

**Role Overview**:
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing purchase invoicing, overseeing dispatch processes, and ensuring accurate documentation and coordination with internal departments. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Purchase Invoicing**:

- Verify and process purchase invoices accurately.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all purchase-related transactions.
- Coordinate with suppliers for invoice discrepancies and clarifications.
- **Dispatch Coordination**:

- Manage dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and vendors for smooth dispatch operations.
- Maintain records of dispatched goods and track shipments.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate and updated records for audits and inspections.
- **Coordination with Internal Teams**:

- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams for seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare regular reports on invoicing and dispatch status.
- Analyze data and provide insights for process improvements.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchase invoicing and dispatch operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,402.53 - ₹20,000.00 per month
