**Job Description: Accounts Executive**

**Location : Vadodara, Gujarat**

**Qualification**:Job Description for Accounts Executive:
**Position Overview**:The Accounts Executive will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and
enforcing proper accounting processes, management information systems
(MIS), and compliance with legal practices to ensure timely and accurate
financial operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can
provide essential accounting support to internal departments and manage
various financial tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Accounting Processes and Compliance**:

- Develop and maintain robust accounting processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Enforce proper accounting practices to maintain accuracy and timeliness
in financial reporting.
**2. Internal Support**:

- Provide accounting support to various internal departments as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to address financial queries and
requirements.
**3. Financial Procedures Implementation**:

- Develop and implement accurate procedures for payments, receivables,
collections, and statutory and tax payments.
- Conduct variance analysis for tracking customer orders and financial
discrepancies.
**4. Technical Proficiency**:

- Utilize computer programs such as Tally ERP9 and Advanced Excel for
accounting tasks.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial software.
**5. Petty Cash and Bank Reconciliation**:

- Manage petty cash funds effectively.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank
statements and company records.

**6. End-of-Period Processes**:

- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and the
general ledger.

**7. Coordination with Head Office**:

- Coordinate daily with the Head Office Accounts and Audit Team.
- Complete and update accounting work on a daily basis to ensure
accuracy and timeliness.
**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or related fields.
- Educational qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Accounting,
Finance, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP9 and should have
hands on experience in TALLY PRIME and Advanced Excel.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance including GST, IT Returns, and
TDS.
