Back Office Executive with Accounting Knowledge

We are looking for a dedicated Back Office Executive with proven accounting knowledge to join our team in Kolkata. This is a key role that goes beyond general administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and accurate handling of our company’s financial and operational functions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- *Financial Record Keeping: Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, create bills, and issue receipts.
- *Data Entry & Management: Accurately handle financial data, maintain ledgers, journals, and databases.
- *Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
- *Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- *Compliance: Ensure adherence to all accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- *Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day office operations, maintain records, handle communications, and provide general support to other departments.
**Essential Skills**
- *Attention to Detail: A high degree of accuracy is crucial for record keeping and avoiding financial errors.
- *Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting software like Tally is highly valued, along with strong skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- *Organizational & Time Management: Ability to manage diverse tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- *Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- *Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
- *Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- *Age: 25 to 40 years.
- *Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
