**Sales Coordination: Experience 1 year to 3 year's**

Act as the central point of contact for sales teams across branches.

Support field sales teams with quotations, product availability, and documentation.

Track and follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and customer requests.

**Order & Inventory Management**:
Process and coordinate customer orders for printers, plotters, and consumables.

Ensure accurate documentation and timely dispatch of products.

Coordinate with the stores/inventory team to manage stock levels and logistics.

**Customer Interaction**:
Handle customer queries, update on order status, and resolve basic issues.

Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and regular customers.

Ensure timely feedback and service follow-up.

**Branch Communication**:
Collaborate with branch teams to understand region-specific requirements and targets.

Ensure consistency in pricing, product information, and support across locations.

Maintain a daily/weekly report of inter-branch activities, pending orders, and deliveries.

**Reporting & Documentation**:
Prepare MIS reports on sales performance, supply stock status, and pipeline orders.

Maintain and update CRM or Excel trackers with accurate customer and order details.

**Vendor/Principal Coordination (if applicable)**:
Coordinate with OEMs or suppliers for price updates, back-to-back orders, and special deals.

Ensure updated product literature, brochures, and pricing are circulated across branches.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree (Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred).

2-4 years of experience in sales coordination or inside sales, preferably in IT/Office Equipment sector.

Good knowledge of Printers, Plotters, and Supplies is an advantage.

Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.

Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
