We have requirement for RMC Role Resume marketing consultant Role.

Please find below the JD.

**Job Description**:
We are currently looking for Recruitment Executives for our Resume marketing consultant Role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement search strategy that include recruitment agencies, employer websites, job boards and social networks.
- Understand the client's profile and suggest availability of jobs as per their requirement.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge.
- Co-ordinate on responses and interview schedule with clients, as needed.

Skills Required:

- Bachelors or post graduate degree in HR.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sourcing & recruitment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- An understanding of various industries and job functions including entry level, technical, professional and executive roles.
- Ability to build a sourcing and posting strategy for a range of roles, levels, and functions.
- Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes and jobs from all sources.
- Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
