**About the Role**

Madhees is conducting a **Walk-in Drive** for **Recruitment professionals**. We are looking for energetic recruiters who have experience in IT / Non-IT / HR hiring and are passionate about connecting talent with opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source profiles from job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Negotiate salaries and manage offers
- Maintain hiring reports and recruitment trackers
- Collaborate with team leads and hiring managers to meet business hiring needs

**Skills Required**:
✔ Strong sourcing & screening skills
✔ Good communication & negotiation abilities
✔ Knowledge of IT & Non-IT recruitment processes
✔ Quick learner with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
✔ Prior experience in **Domestic IT / Non-IT recruitment** is a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
