Job Description: Sales Executive - Pragati Hospital
Pragati Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our network of doctors, promoting our hospital services, and attracting new patients. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and plans. Identify target markets, key decision-makers, and potential opportunities for promoting Pragati Hospital's services.
2. Reach out to doctors and healthcare professionals: Build and maintain relationships with doctors, specialists, clinics, and other healthcare professionals. Act as a key point of contact, addressing their needs, queries, and concerns. Provide comprehensive information about Pragati Hospital's services, facilities, and expertise.
3. Promote hospital services: Effectively communicate and promote the range of medical services, treatments, and facilities offered by Pragati Hospital. Highlight the hospital's unique selling points and competitive advantages to differentiate from other healthcare providers in the region.
4. New patient acquisition: Actively engage in activities that lead to the acquisition of new patients. This includes participating in health fairs, conferences, and other relevant events to reach potential patients. Develop and implement referral programs to encourage doctors and healthcare professionals to refer patients to Pragati Hospital.
5. Relationship management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing doctors, specialists, and healthcare professionals. Provide them with regular updates on new services, treatments, and advancements at Pragati Hospital. Address any concerns or issues promptly and ensure their satisfaction with the hospital's services.
6. Market research and analysis: Stay up to date with market trends, competitors' activities, and industry developments. Conduct regular market research to identify potential areas for growth and improvement. Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing team for refining strategies and targeting new markets.
**Requirements**:
1. Education and experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry, is highly desirable.
2. Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to effectively engage with doctors, healthcare professionals, and potential patients. Persuasive presentation skills to articulate the hospital's services and value proposition clearly.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
