**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit short-form videos, primarily social media reels and stories, ensuring they are engaging and aligned with the latest trends.
- Collaborate with our creative team to plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content.
- Edit and enhance video footage, including sound mixing, color correction, and adding effects/transitions.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices for video content.
- Create thumbnails, captions, and engaging cover photos for social media video content.
- Organize and manage video assets in a structured and efficient manner.
- Assist in scripting, storyboarding, and video shoot preparation.
- Ensure timely delivery of edited content according to deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a video editor, especially for social media platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of video formats, aspect ratios, and resolution requirements for different social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics for video content.
- Experience with basic video shooting equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
- Creativity and a passion for creating engaging, high-quality content.

**Qualifications**:

- A portfolio of previous video editing work, particularly short-form social media content.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects at once.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
