- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with vendors.
- Track shipments, manage logistics, and maintain inventory levels.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to align procurement with project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including UL, IEC, and local electrical codes.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and invoices in our ERP system.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of purchasing or procurement experience (solar/renewables preferred).
- Familiarity with solar PV components and technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
