_**Kalite**_ **AV** is a nationwide, commercial AV integrator. We design, install and service professional sound, video, and lighting systems for businesses, education, entertainment and sporting venues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing detailed drawing, design drawings using Auto cad.
- Estimating Project budget.
- Schedule preparation, pre
- planning and assigning engineers to site.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Review weekly visits and ensure work execution plan is based on the most productive option.
- Attend meetings and competently communicate with clients.
- Liaising with procurement department to ensure that purchase orders adequately define the specified requirements.
- Maintain daily records.
- General co-ordination with clients and engineers through phone.
- Project Scheduling, monitoring and preparation of micro plans.
- Coordination with internal team.
- Overall Project co-ordination till handover.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 year experience as Project coordinator
- Minimum 2-3 year experience in AutoCAD
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Should have pleasing attitude, Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
