**Responsibilities**
- **Outbound Calls**: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads.
- **Product Promotion**: Explain and promote the company’s products/services to potential customers.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide relevant information.
- **Sales Conversion**: Persuade customers to purchase products/services or schedule appointments.
- **Follow-up**: Follow up on initial contacts, maintain and update customer information in the database.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address customer queries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of calls and sales activities, prepare regular reports on progress.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
- **Feedback**: Provide feedback on customer interactions and suggest improvements to scripts or processes.
**Requirments**
- EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent. A degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Persuasive and negotiation skills
- Good listening skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,371.01 per month
