Job Summary:
executing BTL activations from arranging manpower to the execution and managing the
entire BTL/ATL campaign within the city.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and execute end-to-end BTL/ATL marketing campaigns.
- Arrange the manpower and freelancers needed for the campaign.
- Vendor onboarding and management.
- Marketing activity management and overall governance.
- Managing the permissions for corporate and society activities.
- Ensure timely execution of the campaign and manage any unforeseen events that
arise.
- Collaborate with the team to manage the campaign success.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure the smooth
functioning of the campaign
- Ensure quality control of all campaign elements
- Manage the budget for the campaign and ensure that costs are controlled
- Analyze the effectiveness of the campaign and make recommendations for future
improvements
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Min. 12th Passed or Any undergraduate.
- Proven experience in BTL/ATL marketing campaign management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of the operations management, latest marketing trends and
techniques.
