We are looking for a **highly organized and resourceful Events Production Manager** to oversee the **costing, planning, execution, vendor management, and logistics** for events across **Unified Sports, Cool Cactus Events, and The TeamEx**. This role requires someone who can **manage end-to-end event production**, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality experiences for clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute **sports events, corporate activations, team-building programs, and large-scale experiences**.
- Work on **event budgeting and costing**, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality.
- Source, negotiate, and manage **vendors, suppliers, and production partners**.
- Coordinate **logistics, venue setup, technical requirements, and manpower allocation**.
- Conduct **pre-event planning**, ensuring timelines, permissions, and contingency plans are in place.
- Oversee **on-ground event execution**, troubleshooting operational issues in real time.
- Collaborate with **internal teams and stakeholders** to align event objectives.
- Manage **post-event debriefs**, analyzing execution challenges and suggesting improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **vendors, venues, and other event service providers**.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- **Proven experience in event production, event management, or operations**.
- Strong knowledge of **vendor negotiation, event logistics, and production setup**.
- Experience in **costing and budgeting** for events of various scales.
- Ability to **work on the field, travel frequently, and manage multiple events simultaneously**.
- Strong **problem-solving skills** and ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and people management skills**.
- Ability to **work long hours, including weekends and event days**.
- Proficiency in **Excel, project management tools, and budgeting software** is a plus.
- **Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, or a related field** (preferred).
