**Resident Doctor**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments of students
- Diagnose and treat common medical conditions
- Prescribe and manage medications, as necessary.
- Responding to students and staff medical problems by referring to their history, carrying out diagnosis, treatment, counselling, and referral, where necessary.
- Ordering medicine.
- Perform routine check-ups on patients
- Provide appropriate medical treatment for various illnesses and injuries
- Maintaining students register on a daily basis and keeping the entries up to date
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans for children
- Educate students and staff about their health promotion and disease prevention
- Monitor health progress and adjust care plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records for each child

**Requirements**:

- MBBS or higher degree from a recognized medical school
- Medical Council of India **(MCI)** registration
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to stay in campus

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
