Role/Responsibilities

**Position Description**:

**Core Responsibilities**:
Prepare print/press-ready files based on supplied specifications from external vendors and/or in-house print facilities

Output various formats of artwork as needed, ensuring production-readiness and resolving any artwork issues that arise in process

Communicate directly with business partners on project requirements and timing

Research and catalog stock photos for use on current and future projects

Archive and organize work according to our internal file structure and project-tracking database.

Troubleshoot production issues as they arise, working alongside the Branding Production team, design team, internal print team, or external vendors

Collaborate closely with the design team and global business partners

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in a digital and print production role; previous experience within an agency or publishing environment is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high English proficiency
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in art, design, or related field
- Highly detail-oriented
- Ability to manage work across multiple projects simultaneously, spanning varying deadlines
- Positive attitude with sense of urgency, professional accountability, and time management
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Superb people skills and ability to interact with colleagues in global and/or cross-functional teams****:

- A web or print portfolio showcasing professional work examples
- Dependable high-speed internet at home for hybrid work schedule

**Required Technical Skills**:

- Experience formatting and preparing graphics for PowerPoint
- Familiarity with the printing process and working with and commercial print vendors
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
- Web design/development experience also is a plus
- Comfortable working in a PC/Windows environment
