Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE programs, policies,

and procedures for solar energy projects.

2. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and

ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

3. Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize

workplace hazards and environmental impact.

4. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and develop corrective

and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.

5. Coordinate safety training programs for employees and contractors,

including orientation, hazard communication, emergency response, and

equipment operation.

6. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to

integrate HSE requirements into project planning and execution.

7. Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics, identify trends, and

implement continuous improvement initiatives.

8. Maintain current knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and industry

best practices applicable to solar energy projects.

9. Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies, clients, and stakeholders on HSE

matters, permits, and compliance issues.

10. Participate in emergency response planning and provide support during

emergencies or incidents as needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
