**Your Role**:
We are looking for a **Quality Associate-II** who is highly motivated to be a part of the talented & passionate group. This role requires a specialist in quality who is passionate about the quality of products and working in the team to deliver the same in a fast-moving environment. He/she should have an innovative mind-set who can come out with quick solution for various day to day challenges while keeping the team motivated to provide exceptional results.

**A Day in the Life**:

- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and project managers) to identify customer requirements.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify reasons for issues.
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

- US Healthcare Domain Experience will be plus.
- Good exposure to Agile Methodology.

**Key Skills**:

- Proven work experience of 3-6 years in software quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes.
- Strong knowledge of SQL is required.
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Experience in reconciling the data from Source to Target.
- Ability to validate data mappings - ETL Transformations, Business validations and Aggregation/Analytical checks.
- Experience with record in/record out validations.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- API Testing - REST/SOAP, Postman, Pycharm, Pytest is a good to have.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools -Python, Selenium is a good to have.
