Role & responsibilities

  • Handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks of catalogue creation and ensure the task is completed within the SLA, as per the quality standards
  • Ability to work overtime as dictated by business need; most often occurring in the weeks surrounding the holiday season.
  • Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect work done.
  • Interacting and coordinating with sales associates to accurately reflect the Amazon Bazaar catalogue for price, product details, and other product-related information

Preferred candidate profile

  • More than 2+ years of experience in Cataloguing
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred
  • Passion for e-commerce is required
