**Job Description - Warehouse Packing**

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Warehouse Organization & Stock Management**:

- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of IT hardware products.
- Organize and store products in the warehouse according to proper inventory management practices.
- Ensure that products are stored safely, following any relevant health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with stock taking and inventory control, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and discrepancies are reported.
- Monitor product expiry dates (if applicable) and ensure that older stock is prioritized.
- **Packing & Preparation for Shipment**:

- Accurately pick, pack, and label IT hardware products based on customer orders or shipment requests.
- Use appropriate packaging materials to ensure that hardware products are packed securely to avoid damage during transportation.
- Confirm that products are packed correctly, with all necessary components and accessories included.
- Ensure that all shipments are properly documented, including shipping labels, packing lists, and invoices.
- **Inventory Control & Reporting**:

- Assist with daily inventory checks, stock replenishment, and ensuring all products are correctly recorded in the inventory management system.
- Report any stock shortages, product damage, or discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Help maintain accurate records of all shipments, deliveries, and returns, ensuring that paperwork is correctly filed.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
- Ensure that all items are in good working condition before dispatching to customers.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company procedures, ensuring accurate documentation of returned products.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed in the warehouse to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Keep the warehouse environment clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- **Customer Support (if needed)**:

- Assist with packaging and dispatch of urgent customer orders or special requests.
- Provide support in ensuring timely deliveries, especially during peak periods.
- Help with customer inquiries related to order fulfillment, shipping, and returns.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or packing role, preferably in the IT hardware or technology sector.
- Familiarity with handling electronic products and knowledge of IT hardware packaging requirements is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Ability to follow packing and shipping instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling and checking inventory.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple orders and priorities.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items (e.g., servers, monitors, etc.).
- Familiarity with warehouse tools and equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, labeling machines, packing materials).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
