We are hiring **Pickers and Packers (Male)** for our pharmaceutical distribution company. This is an entry-level role suitable for freshers. The main responsibility is picking the correct medicines as per the bill, packing them properly, and preparing them for checking and dispatch.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and follow the bill (order list) carefully
- Pick the correct medicines from the shelves
- Check the name and quantity of each item before packing
- Pack medicines neatly and place them in trays for checking
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the packing area
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 10th pass or 12th pass
- No prior experience required - training will be provided
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions carefully
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Punctual and responsible
- Freshers are welcome
