We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and closing deals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Present, promote, and sell our products/services to prospective clients, effectively articulating their unique value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the assigned territory or market segment.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to optimize sales efforts and maximize customer acquisition.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the sales manager or team lead.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Retention bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 70% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
