Department/Team: Quality Control/Quality Assurance

Location: Punnekkad, Near Kothamangalam

Job Summary/Objective:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chemist to join our QA/QC

The Chemist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and performance of ISNR.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct chemical analysis and testing of rubber materials to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve rubber formulations based on customer feedback and market trends.

Coordinate and supervise during the dispatch of rubber to ensure quality of the product and shipment.

Evaluate raw materials and recommend changes or improvements to enhance product quality.

Quality assurance on FG during the time of material dispatch.

Coordinate with the dispatch team for shipment activities and related documentation works.

Maintain accurate records of experiments, test results, and share with managers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Degree in Polymer technology, Diploma in Polymer Technology.

Proven experience in rubber industry is an added advantage.

Familiarity with industry standards and specifications for rubber products.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
