**(Remote opportunity)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct IELTS training sessions for individuals preparing to take the exam for academic or general purposes.
- Assess students' language proficiency levels and customize training plans to address their specific needs.
- Teach all four components of the IELTS exam: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Provide constructive feedback and evaluations to students on their performance and progress.
- Administer and grade mock IELTS tests to familiarize students with the exam format and time constraints.
- Utilize a variety of teaching materials, including online resources and interactive activities, to optimize learning outcomes.
- Motivate and inspire students to improve their language skills and achieve their target IELTS scores.
- Stay up-to-date with IELTS test changes, scoring criteria, and assessment procedures.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to enhance the effectiveness of the IELTS training program.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer with a successful track record of helping students achieve their target scores.
- In-depth knowledge of the IELTS exam structure, scoring system, and assessment process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and support students effectively.
- Ability to create a motivating and positive learning environment.
- Familiarity with technology and its integration into language teaching.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the needs of students.
- Knowledge of other languages besides English may be an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in developing IELTS-specific materials and resources is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹15,000.09 - ₹30,000.86 per month
