**Job Purpose**:
To supervise and coordinate home collection phlebotomy services, ensuring quality sample collection, timely visits, and adherence to safety and operational standards. The role includes team management, route planning, and customer satisfaction monitoring.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Supervision**:

- Manage and guide a team of home collection phlebotomists.
- Assign daily routes and ensure punctual visits.
- Monitor attendance, grooming, and behavior of field staff.
- **Operational Oversight**:

- Ensure accurate sample collection, labeling, and transportation protocols are followed.
- Coordinate with logistics for timely sample pickup and delivery to the lab.
- Handle escalation of patient complaints or service issues.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Train new phlebotomists on home collection protocols and safety measures.
- Conduct periodic audits of procedures followed during home visits.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and biomedical waste disposal norms.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Ensure high standards of patient care and communication.
- Collect feedback from patients and take corrective action where necessary.
- Resolve service delays or miscommunication promptly.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain logs of daily visits, collections, and incidents.
- Submit reports on team performance and visit summaries to management.
