**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide clear and detailed instructions to clients regarding the submission process.
- Review and organize client documents to ensure completeness and compliance with immigration or study abroad requirements.
- Prepare submission packages in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of relevant authorities.
- Coordinate the submission process, including scheduling appointments, obtaining necessary signatures, and ensuring all required materials are submitted on time.
- Conduct thorough reviews of submission documents to identify and rectify any errors or discrepancies.
- Ensure that all paperwork adheres to the highest standards of accuracy and completeness.
- Generate reports on submission activities for management review.
- Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, study abroad regulations, and submission requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the submission process, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as immigration consultants or study abroad advisors, to facilitate a smooth process for clients.

**Required Qualifications**: _Any Graduation _

**Experience Required**: 0**-**_2 years _

Special knowledge, abilities and skills**:_Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Previous experience in immigration, study abroad services, or a related field is an advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy._
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of immigration laws, study abroad processes, and submission requirements._

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
