**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and assist in implementation of regulatory circulars from authorities like SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Clearing Corporations and Depositories.
- Assist and participate in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Maintain a Compliance Calendar and Reporting to the Regulatory accordingly (SEBI, Stock Exchange, Clearing Corporations, RBI and FIU).
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to stock broking operations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Handle investor grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Work closely with legal, operations, and audit teams to ensure integrated compliance and risk management efforts.
- Liaise with external regulators and auditors as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing stock broking and investment firms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹296,512.93 - ₹459,435.12 per year
