**Supply Chain Contracts Co-Ordinator, Kharadi Pune**

ESP Global Services a 30 years established IT support and infrastructure solutions provider, making large scale IT support simple. As part of our ongoing business growth, we are currently recruiting a Supply Chain Contracts Coordinator

If you have an understanding of supply chain management or procurement and have a desire to understand contracts, this role combines those disciplines. The essence of the role to support all ESP Supply Chain contract requirements including New Business ‘Take On’, mobilising new clients by ensuring Supply Chain contracts are in place, commercials are met, and managing the subsequent contract lifecycle.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Organise, prioritise, track and report on Supply Chain contract activity.
- Liaise with Sales and Service Delivery Managers for the smooth transition of new business from award to ‘go-live’ supporting the supplier contract requirements.
- Monitor new business activity and contract process ensuring contracts are placed in a timely manner.
- Establish clear communication with key stakeholders such as, Service Delivery Manager, BTO Governance, Account Manager, Sales, Projects Manager etc, and Suppliers
- Escalate delays in the process which may risk service delivery or go live.
- Recommend changes to the business process and implement improvements
- Communicate and Control required inputs ensuring the Business process is followed to ensure quality contracts can be created.
- Carry out contract drafting and Negotiate T&C’s
- Ensure the preferred supplier list is utilised to protect continuity of supply and efficiency of process
- Undertake initial Commercial Review ensuring the right suppliers and rates have been used to secure profitability.
- Provide recommendations and advice to ESP’s business on how to avoid any additional cost
- Continuously review SCM processes and identify and recommend potential efficiencies which could lead to improvements or cost savings.
- Track update and report on contract status to ensure compliance protecting ESP.
- Oversee the contract renewal process within ESP for expiring supplier contracts ensuring renewals are carried out in a timely manner.

**About you**
- At least 4-5 years’ experience in the supply chain management or procurement.
- Experience of working in a matrix organisation, spanning geographical and functional boundaries.
- Strong prioritizing and organisational skills
- Proven track record of delivering cost reductions
- Ability to analyse data and provide suggestions for change
- Demonstrable stakeholder management experience
- Demonstrable understanding of the IT services industry
- Strong influencing & negotiation skills
- Experience of working in a complex multi supplier environment.
- Ability to analyse data and provide suggestions for change.
- Multiple language skills would be an advantage
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
