Job Description

• SC Network Design and Optimization

• Support the Network Design COE by building robust data, analytics, and modeling frameworks to enable strategic & tactical decision-making.

• Develop and maintain global supply chain network models using tools such as Llamasoft (SCGX), Optilogic, or AIMMS to optimize manufacturing, sourcing, distribution, and inventory flows.

• Collaborate with the Advanced Analytics & Data Science team to design and maintain a centralized Supply Chain Modeling Database.

• Enhance and maintain automation frameworks to enable seamless refresh and scalability of network models.

• Build and democratize supply chain network visualization capabilities across the organization using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

• Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate cost, service, and risk trade-offs, supporting strategic initiatives such as greenfield/brownfield studies and sustainability-driven redesigns.

• Standard Operating Process (SOP) Setup and Process Improvement

• Continuously identify and implement process improvements that eliminate non-value-added activities and align with industry best practices.

• Audit the effectiveness and sustainability of improvement initiatives, ensuring long-term value realization.

• Contribute to the development of standardized methodologies and documentation for network design and optimization processes.

• Work effectively with all the teams concerned, functions

• Develop, maintain, and enhance strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Sourcing, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Finance.

• Understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable network design strategies.

• Forecast growth opportunities, prepare capability roadmap, and build future-ready supply chain design competencies.

• Lead and support global purchasing support enhancement projects, ensuring alignment with broader supply chain strategies.

• Create and run the function with Metrics

• Define, track, and publish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that reflect the effectiveness and impact of the network design function.

• Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment

What we are looking for from your past experience

Experience requirement:

• Must Have's

• 10-12 years of hands-on experience in supply chain analytics and network modeling, covering end-to-end design including manufacturing, sourcing, distribution, and inventory optimization.

• Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as SQL, Alteryx, or other ETL platforms.

• Strong experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

• Familiarity with network optimization tools such as Llamasoft SCGX, Optilogic, AIMMS, or JDA SC Strategist.

• Solid understanding of supply chain domains including manufacturing, capacity planning, demand/supply planning, warehousing, and transportation.

• Exposure to advanced modeling techniques in capacity planning, sourcing strategy, inventory optimization, and transportation network design is a strong advantage.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience working with ERP systems like SAP is a plus.
