**ReraOne Legal Internship in Companies Act**

Are you a passionate law student or recent graduate looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment? ReraOne is offering an exciting opportunity for a Legal Intern to work in the Companies Act.

**Position: Legal Intern** **Duration: 2 months Location**: CBD Belapur

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle Incorporation of Companies Act & LLP.
- Assist in drafting the Memorandum of Association of companies
- Handling other companies related work
- Support senior in case preparation.
- Communicate with clients.
- Perform administrative tasks related to work.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a law degree program or a recent law graduate.
- Strong academic record with a focus on relevant coursework.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
