Compliance under Companies Act, FEMA, Drafting ,Vetting of Agreements, E-Filing, Filing of Documents with Authorities, IPR Related, Liaising with Govt. Authorities, Liaising with RoC / RD office, Maintaining Statutory Books, Preparation and Maintenance of Secretarial Records of Companies, Work under RERA Act.
- R&D on the matters in detail will be an important part of the work.

Incorporation of Private Limited Company with Indian directors & Promoters, Incorporation of Private Limited Company with Foreign directors & Promoters, Registration of LLP etc.
- Liquidation/Winding Up/Striking Off.
- All routine secretarial and legal matters handled by the Legal Secretarial department of the firm.
- Ensure compliance of various provisions of the Companies Act, guidelines on Corporate Governance and other corporate Laws line with ROC, SEBI Act, RBI Act, FEMA.
- Maintain books, registers, records etc. as per the applicable laws including filing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and excellent customer service.
- Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Negotiate charges, terms, and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ensure agreements align with company policies and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to finalize agreements and deliver services.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
