**Job Summary**:
The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the organization's information systems and ensuring the integrity, security, and accessibility of data. This role involves collaborating with various departments to support data-driven decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**:

- Develop and maintain databases to store and retrieve data effectively.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
- Analyze data trends to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
- **System Management**:

- Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- **User Support & Training**:

- Provide training and support to users on MIS tools and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between users and IT to enhance system functionality.
- **Project Management**:

- Participate in or lead projects related to system upgrades, implementations, and enhancements.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify information needs and develop solutions.
- Facilitate communication between management and IT for alignment on strategic goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in MIS, data analysis, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in database management and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with data security and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
