**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior project managers in the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects.
- Collaborate with team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop project schedules and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare project reports and documentation.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Communicate project updates and status reports to senior project managers.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and budgets.
- Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in project management or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
