Smart Ed Techno Solutions is a leading provider of educational services, specializing in teacher recruitment, resource management, and consulting. We are hiring on behalf of our **client school**, which follows the prestigious **IGCSE curriculum**, for the position of **Science Teacher.**

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the holistic development of students from Primary to Higher Secondary levels while working in a collaborative and professional school environment.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Teach **Physics and Chemistry** to students across Grades 1 to 12 for **IGCSE or CBSE Boards**, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of concepts.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to the specific requirements of the IGCSE or CBSE curriculum.
- Use age-appropriate teaching techniques and materials to make Science engaging for students of varying grades.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Design and administer tests, assignments, and projects that align with IGCSE or CBSE frameworks.
- Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and offer support for areas of improvement.
- **Student Engagement**:

- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment to encourage student participation.
- Conduct interactive sessions that align with IGCSE or CBSE standards, building students’ interest and confidence in Science.
- **Lab Management**:

- Guide students in conducting experiments and ensure adherence to safety protocols during lab sessions for higher grades.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure the readiness of materials for practical classes.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline and ensure a productive learning environment in the classroom.
- Address individual student queries effectively and with patience.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with school management, colleagues, and parents to address student progress and challenges.
- Participate in school meetings, workshops, and training programs for continuous improvement.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and performance reports.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s (B.Sc.) or Master’s (M.Sc.) degree in Physics, Chemistry, or related fields.
- **Experience**:

- 1-5 years of teaching experience in a school environment.
- Prior experience in handling **IGCSE or CBSE** Board is mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of the IGCSE or CBSE Physics and Chemistry syllabus.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to design engaging lesson plans and deliver interactive teaching sessions.
- Practical knowledge and experience in conducting lab experiments for higher grades.

**Selection Process**:

- This will be followed by a **personal discussion with the Principal** to assess their suitability for the role.
