We're seeking a customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, answering questions, and resolving issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Meet sales and customer satisfaction targets

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
