You will work closely with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns that drive traffic, sales, and ROI for our eCommerce business.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and Social Ads (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok).
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
- Implement, test, and track conversion pixels/events using GTM.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and provide data-driven insights and reports.
- A/B test creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ad creatives align with brand goals.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC, paid social, and tracking trends in the eCommerce space.
**What We’d Love To See**
- 3-4 years of experience in PPC campaign management, preferably in eCommerce.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Video/YouTube).
- Strong experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), with working knowledge of Snapchat & TikTok Ads.
- Good understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM) for event setup and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and conversion tracking.
- Hands-on experience with budget management and reporting dashboards.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets skills for reporting & performance analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

- Experience with Google Data Studio / Looker Studio for advanced reporting.
- Exposure to broader eCommerce marketing strategies and funnel optimization.
- Creative mindset for testing new ad formats and exploring emerging ad platforms.
