**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality.Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
- Empathetic and patient with a positive attitude.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments.
