Motion Graphics Designer

As a **Motion Graphics Designer**, you will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce promotional content, explainer videos, character animations, and much more. Your expertise in motion video creation and character design will help bring ideas to life.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, edit, and produce high-quality motion videos, animations, and promotional content.
- Design and animate characters and other graphic elements as per project requirements.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project objectives, ensuring that all visual content aligns with the brand identity and messaging.
- Develop and edit motion graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
- Maintain a high level of creativity while adhering to project deadlines.
- Ensure smooth transitions and visual consistency across all video content.
- Work on feedback from stakeholders to iterate and refine video content.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in video editing and motion graphics.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- ** 1 to 3 years** of hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics design.
- Proficient in **Adobe Visual Studio** (or related tools) for video editing, motion graphics creation, and character design.
- Strong understanding of **motion video creation** techniques, including pacing, animation principles, and transitions.
- Experience in **character creation** and animation.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
- Experience with social media and digital marketing video formats is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant motion graphics, character animations, and video editing work.
