Key Responsibilities
- **CRM System Management**:Maintain and update the customer relationship management system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- **Customer Data Analysis**:Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and insights to inform business decisions and improve customer engagement.
- **Lead Management**:Nurture leads from marketing, make qualification calls, and convert them into hot prospects for the sales team.
- **Cross-Departmental Collaboration**:Work with sales, marketing, and other teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to order fulfillment.
- **Strategy Implementation**:Develop and implement customer-focused strategies, including customer segmentation and retention programs.
- **Reporting**:Provide reports and insights to management on campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
