Job Description: Assistant Professor (Finance Specialization) - MBA Program

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures and course material in finance specialization for MBA students.

Design and develop curriculum in alignment with industry trends and institutional goals.

Mentor and guide students on academic and professional growth, including finance-related projects and research.

Stay updated on current developments in finance, ensuring that students are equipped with relevant and practical knowledge.

Conduct research, publish in academic journals, and contribute to the institution’s research output.

Collaborate with colleagues on faculty committees, curriculum development, and research initiatives.

Participate in student assessment, evaluation processes, and academic progress monitoring.

Engage in student activities such as industrial visits, guest lectures, and workshops.

Contribute to the institution's efforts in maintaining accreditation and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications:
Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience working within a recognized educational institution.

Strong knowledge of finance theories, practices, and industry trends.

Demonstrated experience in teaching and mentoring MBA students.

Research publications and a history of active academic contributions in the field of finance.

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Ability to integrate real-world examples and industry connections into the learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Industry experience in finance or financial management is an added advantage.

Strong connections with finance professionals and industry leaders.

Proven ability to guide students in practical finance projects, case studies, and research.
