**Job Title**: Telephone Operator
**Location**: Uflex, Chattarpur
**Reports To**: Office Manager/HR Department
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Call Handling**: Efficiently answer and manage incoming calls, ensuring all calls are answered in a timely and professional manner.
- **Call Transferring**: Transfer calls accurately to the appropriate departments or individuals, ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
- **Message Taking**: Take detailed messages for individuals who are unavailable and ensure prompt delivery to the respective person.
- **Providing Information**: Provide basic information regarding company services, directions, and other general inquiries to callers.
- **Customer Service**: Maintain a high level of customer service by offering assistance, addressing concerns, and resolving minor issues effectively.
- **Communication Records**: Maintain logs of calls received, calls transferred, and any messages or follow-ups required.
- **Call Screening**: Screen calls to determine priority and urgency, and take appropriate action in handling calls.
- **General Office Support**: Assist with other administrative duties as required, including coordinating office operations related to communication systems.
- **Maintaining Professionalism**: Ensure all communications via phone are handled with a high level of courtesy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Must possess clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- **Call Transferring**: Knowledge and ability to efficiently transfer calls within a large organization.
- **Customer Service Focus**: Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide top-notch service.
- **Multitasking Ability**: Ability to manage multiple calls simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: Record accurate information and messages.
- **Professional Demeanor**: Maintain a calm and professional tone when handling all calls, even during busy or stressful times.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a telephone operator role or similar customer service position is an advantage.
- **Tech Savvy**: Basic knowledge of phone systems and office software.

Pay: Up to ₹42,000.00 per month
