**Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS) / Estimator - Interior Fit-Out**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects based on drawings, specifications, and other relevant documentation.
- Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and pricing analysis to determine material, labour, and subcontractor costs.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams to develop cost-effective solutions and value engineering options.
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitiveness and quality.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures throughout the project lifecycle, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or deviations.
- Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Provide timely and accurate cost advice to support decision-making and risk management initiatives.
- Participate in tendering processes, including reviewing tender documents, attending site visits, and preparing tender submissions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and regulatory requirements to inform cost planning and estimating practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator in the interior fit-out industry.
- Proficiency in cost estimating software.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Professional certification (e.g., MRICS, PMP) is a plus.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
