**QUANTITY SURVEYOR FOR IRELAND - (WORK VISA AVAILABLE)**

**Job Responsibilities: -**
Due to the growth in the market, our client in Ireland are seeking 3 Quantity Surveyors.
Reporting to the Estimating Manager and Project Manager, the Quantity Surveyor will work on one of our key projects.. This role will be supported by and offer support to the wider QS team.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
l Preparing and generating of monthly interim valuations & accounts
l Processing and updating mechanical bills of quantities
l Assisting with the issuing of monthly interim accounts
l Compiling project variations & monitoring expenditure vs tender cost allowance
l Material procurement based on MTOs provider by BIM and Engineering team
l Reviewing materials stocks, processing orders and understanding stock material certifications
l Processing and understanding field bulletins (cost details on contract variations), based on agreed rates and backup information from field engineering and construction supervision
l Generating weekly progress report in collaboration with relevant colleagues
l Developing and agreeing project unit rate costs increases, in consideration of contractual annual cost adjustment clauses
l Preparing MTO's
**About You**
- You Will:_
l Possess a relevant 3rd level qualification, at level 8 or above
l Have an interest in working within the Construction industry
l Have strong commercial awareness
l Be comfortable in your use of Microsoft Office, with the ability to generate detailed monthly reports
l Be conscientious, have excellent attention to detail and an ability to multitask
l Have a positive attitude with a passion to learn & succeed, an energetic approach and an ability to take accountability
l The ability to contribute comfortably as part of a team
**Qualification & Experience: -**
Applicants must have minimum 2 years of experience and a Diploma or Degree in similar filed. Must have good communication skills.
**Benefits: -**
- Salary Rs 40 lakhs to Rs 70 Lakhs per year

**GOOD NEWS: -** You will receive 2 + 3 YEARS WORK VISA. IRELAND Work visa leads to eligibility for settlement in IRELAND after 5 years.
