**Responsibilities**:
2. **Customer Assistance**: Provide detailed information and assistance regarding travel bookings, itineraries, policies, and other related queries.
3. **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
4. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints in the CRM system.
6. **Collaboration**: Coordinate with other departments such as reservations, sales, and operations to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
7. **Feedback**: Collect and report customer feedback and insights to the relevant departments for continuous improvement of services and processes.
8. **Training and Development**: Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends through ongoing training sessions and self-learning.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
