**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Strategy and Management**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the company’s online presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Schedule and manage posts to maintain an active and engaging online profile.
- **Content Creation and Design**:

- Design and create visually appealing posts, stories, and promotional content using Canva and other design tools.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and descriptions that align with the company’s branding and voice.
- **Engagement and Growth**:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
- Engage with followers and foster a sense of community around the brand.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Provide recommendations based on insights to improve social media performance.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company’s online presence competitive.
- Research industry trends to create relevant and impactful content.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in social media marketing or a related role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Canva for designing professional and creative posts.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- **Creative Skills**:

- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
- **Marketing Skills**:

- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and audience targeting.
- Knowledge of trends in the têxtile industry is a plus.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
