- **Networking Experience**: 4 to 7 years.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong problem-solving abilities.
- **Layer 3 Technologies**: Proficiency in ICMP, TCP, IPSec, GRE, QoS, VRRP.
- **IP Routing Protocols**: Experience with BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
- **Switch Configuration**: Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst and Cisco Nexus (Nexus 7k, 5k, 2k).
- **Cisco Meraki**: Good understanding.
- **Wireless Controllers**: Hands-on experience with Cisco/Aruba Wireless Controllers and access points.
- **Network Troubleshooting**: Ability to troubleshoot design and architecture issues.
- **Internet Routing**: Expertise in traffic engineering and peering.
- **Cisco ISE**: Troubleshoot complex issues.
- **Firewalls**: Experience with Cisco ASA, Cisco FTD Series, Checkpoint.
- **Log Analysis**: Analyze logs, packet captures, and system behavior to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- **VPN Technologies**: Good understanding of Site-to-Site and SSL VPN.
- **On-Call Duties**: Perform on-call duties as part of the rotation team.
- **Communication**: Proven ability to communicate effectively with team members.
