- Supports all service-related activities (bidding, order intake, execution) in CS
- Shall support for handling maintenance business and Spares business.
- Planning and Execution of AMC Contracts
- Shall co-ordinate with customers and internally with all stakeholders to ensure smooth day to day service operations.
- Ensures timely collection of receivables.
- Supports for adherence to EHS policies and guidelines.
- Shall support / attend negotiation meetings and strive for finalization of the orders at the earliest.
- Shall actively support for larger bids.
- Acts as first point of contact for escalation of any customer issues.

**Use your skills to move the world forward**
- Have tertiary education in Business, Commerce, Accounting or Economics, with basic understanding of Project Management
- You should have minimum 0-2 years’ experience preferably in Railway environment along with bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronic engineering.
- Flair for customer service and customer satisfaction
- Fluent in English
