**Job Role - Executive Sales & Service**
**Roles & responsibility**
**Service & Sales Support**:
- Manage service and sales activities for mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical products such as:
- Gearboxes, clutches, brakes, and transmission gears.
- Electromechanical products like electric motors, actuators, drives, solenoids, electric pumps, special-purpose machines, cranes, hoists, etc.
- Engage with existing clients and trading clients to maintain relationships and drive repeat business.
**Coordination Across Teams**:
- Collaborate with the design and production teams for customized product solutions.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Export/Import, and Accounts departments to ensure smooth operations related to material and product status.
**Client Interaction & Communication**:
- Interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and resolution of requirements.
- Exhibit a pleasant personality and strong communication skills during client engagements and internal meetings.
**Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent**
**Experience: Minimum 3+ years in service and sales of industrial mechanical/electrical/electromechanical products (preferably in the motor industry).**
**Travel Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel across India for client visits, product demonstrations, and service-related tasks.
**Preferred Background**:
- Previous experience in small to medium-sized organizations (up to 150 employees).
- Comfort and adaptability to work in similar environments.
**Compensation**:
- CTC: Competitive, aligned with industry norms.
- Incentives: To be discussed during the personal interview round.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial mechanical/electromechanical products.
- A proactive attitude toward handling both service and sales responsibilities.
- Past experience handling industrial products in sectors such as metal cutting, automation, and heavy machinery will be an added advantage.
**Education - UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Diploma in Mechanical**
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
