Key Responsibilities:

- **Vendor Management**: Identifying, evaluating, and selecting vendors or suppliers for the company's needs. They also maintain relationships with these vendors and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
- **Procurement**: Responsible for placing orders for goods and services based on requirements from various departments. They ensure timely delivery and maintain stock levels to avoid shortages.
- **Purchase Orders and Contracts**: Drafting and processing purchase orders, contracts, and agreements. Ensuring that terms and conditions of purchase contracts are met.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitoring and maintaining appropriate stock levels of materials and supplies. This involves tracking stock movements and making sure items are ordered in time to prevent delays.
- **Cost Control**: Ensuring that purchasing activities are carried out within the company's budget by comparing suppliers and negotiating the best prices for quality goods and services.
- **Quality Control**: Ensuring that the products or services purchased meet the required standards and specifications. They may also be responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery to ensure quality.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**: Keeping accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and costs for auditing purposes. Preparing reports for management on procurement activities.
- **Market Research**: Keeping up-to-date with market trends, new products, and prices to ensure the best purchasing decisions are made.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**: Coordinating with other departments, such as accounts and finance, to ensure smooth procurement processes, payments, and budget compliance.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹38,248.64 per month
