**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented individual who can effectively combine graphic design skills with expertise in digital marketing strategies. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and implementing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engage our target audience. This role requires a strong creative eye, excellent design skills, and a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels.

**Skill set**:
1. Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and creative problem-solving.

3. Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

5. Familiarity with web design - WordPress, UX/UI principles, and motion graphics is a plus.

6. Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.

8. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Create visually appealing designs for various digital and print media, including websites, social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, infographics, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in design across all marketing channels.
- Implement digital marketing strategies and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of visual designs and ensure alignment with marketing goals.
- Edit and enhance videos for marketing purposes, including promotional videos, tutorials, and product demos, using video editing software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, digital marketing, and video editing, and incorporate innovative techniques and technologies into projects.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information to inform the design process
- Maintain an organized archive of design assets, videos, and marketing materials.
- Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 3 years (preferred)
