**Role & Responsibilities -**
- CFO will look after 2 legal entities focusing on sales & marketing business.
- Reporting to the Board, the incumbent shall be responsible for ensuring timely closing books of accounts, P&L, balance sheet, Taxation matters
- direct & indirect, audit and legal compliance.
- He/she will be responsible for clearing C/F payments, overseeing invoicing from the depots, clearing incentives, salaries and TA bills of 600 plus sales force, working in co-ordination with various Govt. and State Authorities as well as key departments of the organization.

**Billing and payments**:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including month and end
- year process, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, forecasting and revenue
- Supervising and settling TA bills, C/F and vendor payments
- Claim settlements of damaged, returned and expired goods
- Processing sales performance payout and employees’ incentives
- Manage sales inventory using Microsoft ERP
- Finalization of accounts

**Compliance & Statuary**:

- To manage compliances of different entities of the Group which includes Direct Tax, GST, Tax Audit etc.
- To serve as an internal advisor in Direct Tax matters
- Creation GST, Direct tax, P/L statement

**Finance Account Management**:

- Accounts, MIS, Budgeting, taxation of 2 legal entities
- Manage all accounting aspects of Director/ Trust Foundation
- Should be proficient in Direct Tax, GST

**Position**: CFO

**Location**: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

**Reporting to**: Board

**Span of control**: 25 Depots/ C&F agents, 6 regional offices, 15-member team in HO, total 100-member team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
